County Commissioner Precinct 4
The County Commissioner for Precinct 4 is an elected official responsible for representing the interests of constituents in Precinct 4 on the Harris County Commissioners Court. The Commissioner participates in formulating county policy, setting the county budget, overseeing infrastructure and public services (roads, drainage, parks, community centers), and ensuring that precinct-level issues are addressed in county planning and resource allocation. The County Commissioner serves a four-year term.
The County Commissioners' main duties are:

Policy & Budget – Vote on county policies, tax rates, and the annual budget as part of Commissioners Court.

Infrastructure Oversight – Direct road, bridge, and drainage maintenance and capital projects within the precinct.

Community Services – Manage parks, trails, community centers, and allocate funds for precinct programs.
